The Library is a new concept in tasting room experiences located at 14450 Woodinville-Redmond Road adjacent to the Apex Tasting Room at Hollywood Schoolhouse Corner in Woodinville, WA near Chateau Ste. Michelle, The Herbfarm, and Willows Lodge. It is directly across the street from Purple Café. The Library is the brainchild of Allen Shoup of Long Shadows Vintners, Andy Den Hoed of Den Hoed Wine Estates, and Rob Newsom of Boudreaux Cellars.

To taste the wines from these three award-winning wineries, you may make an appointment by using our RESERVATION SYSTEM. We are open to the public (walk-ins welcome), however, we recommend making an appointment if your group consists of 5 or more.

We can accommodate up to 15 people. You will be seated in a very cozy library on leather furnishings in front of a gorgeous fireplace for your personal wine tasting and educational experience. Flight tastings last 45 minutes to an hour and are accompanied by personal anecdotes and insights about the wines, wineries, winemakers and The Benches vineyard. At the conclusion, wines are available for sale by the bottle and case.

For larger groups (up to 30), we have a barrel room available complete with a long conference table, video projector and Wi-Fi. This room will accommodate book clubs, wine clubs, friends of the winery, etc. For more information on special event planning, please fill out our EVENT INQUIRY FORM.

*Every Friday, from 5pm - 8pm, we offer "story time," featuring wines by the glass, complimentary cheese platter and live music! No reservations are accepted for this event.
